The International Sport Sea Fishing Federation named FIPS-M is a self-governing International Federation of C.I.P.S.  The representatives of the national federations, members of the International Sport Sea Fishing Federation FIPS-M, declare by the present deed to form the association as a non-profit-making association, NPO, by the law of April 21 of 1928, modified by the laws, of February 22 of 1964, of March 4 of 1994, of August 1st of 2001 and of December 19 of 2002 of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
